This public housing project was the result of a public competition won by SRM Architects Ltd. It consists of 37 apartment units set out in 3 two-storey blocks around the edge of a quadrangle which provide a sheltered, protected and supervised area for children to play.

Its architectural expression is borrowed from the traditional Bridgetown City townhouses, with shops at the ground level and living space above the shops. This project was completed in 1988.
